1) Summary of the App
MielVibe helps you transform shopping ideas into structured plans. You can create and organize wish items with images, details, and priorities, track decision-making, and manage your future purchase plans.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
A. Information you provide directly
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Support communications: content you provide when you contact customer support (including messages and attachments you choose to send).
- Content you add to your lists: item notes, titles, descriptions, priorities, and images you choose to store in the App.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers such as a device identifier or advertising identifier (where permitted by your device settings and law).
- Usage data and analytics: interactions with the App, features used, screens viewed, and performance metrics.
- Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, and related technical data.
- Location information (only with permission): approximate or precise location depending on your device permissions and settings.
C. Cookies, similar technologies, and web beacons
If parts of our Services use web-based components, we may use cookies and similar technologies (including possible web beacons) to support login, maintain sessions, and remember preferences. You can usually control cookies through your device or browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
3) Photo / Camera / Face Data Statement
- We do not perform face recognition and do not collect or infer biometric identifiers from your photos.
- Any photo you choose to attach to a wish item is used only to provide the feature you requested (e.g., item illustration) and is not used for marketing.
- Unless you choose to upload content for optional server processing (see Section 4), photos and text you add are stored locally by default.
4) Optional AI-Assisted Features and Server Processing
Some features may offer optional AI-assisted processing to help you organize or generate structured information from content you submit (for example, analyzing an image or text to produce structured item details). If such processing is offered:
- User control: you choose whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs. If you do not opt in, the App will not upload that content for AI processing.
- Where processing happens: any uploaded images or text are processed on our own servers controlled by the MielVibe Team.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded content with any third parties for AI processing or any other purpose.
- No training/marketing: we do not use uploaded content to train models, build marketing profiles, or deliver targeted advertising.
- Deletion: uploaded content is deleted immediately after processing is completed, unless you explicitly choose to save the resulting output in the App.
5) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (including account creation, login, syncing features if enabled, and core wish list functionality).
- Personalize your experience (such as saving preferences and remembering settings).
- Improve the Services (analytics, debugging, performance optimization, and product development).
- Protect security and prevent abuse (fraud detection, access control, and investigation of suspicious activity).
- Communicate with you (service notices, support responses, and policy updates).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
6) Disclosure of Information (Sharing)
We may disclose information only as necessary and on a minimum-necessary basis:
- With your consent or at your direction.
- To service providers/contractors who process information on our behalf under written obligations to protect confidentiality, security, and use limitations ("entrusted processing").
- To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental requests.
- To protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, and the MielVibe Team (including to prevent fraud and security incidents).
We do not share uploaded AI-processing content with third parties (see Section 4).
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
8) Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Regular security reviews/audits and monitoring.
- Backups and disaster recovery measures.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Data Retention
We retain information as follows, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements:
- Account data: retained for the life of your account.
- Deletion: if you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
- Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months.
- Support communications: retained up to 6 months.
- Optional AI uploads: deleted immediately after processing is completed (unless you choose to save outputs).
10) Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Object to certain processing.

You can also control:
- Location sharing via your device settings.
- Cookie preferences via browser/device settings (where applicable).

11) Children and Age Limit
The Services are intended for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12) Third-Party Services
The App may rely on platform services (such as Apple iOS services) and may include links or integrations not operated by us. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Services. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party services you use.
13) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or by other means.
